Nous recrutons un Consultant Manager H/F sur le territoire de la Drôme (26) et de l'Ardèche (07), idéalement basé dans la Drôme. Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir sur ces départements.
Le Consultant Manager H/F est responsable de sa performance opérationnelle et de celle de son équipe (1 consultant au départ), du développement des parts de marché sur l’offre Recrutement CDD/CDI et du chiffre d’affaires généré sur son périmètre.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Management :
- Manager vos collaborateurs consultants
- Assurer les échanges au sein de l'équipe, animer, fédérer et motiver vos collaborateurs
- Convenir d'objectifs avec les collaborateurs et déléguer des responsabilités
- Evaluer et développer les compétences de l’équipe
- Reconnaître, valoriser les performances de chacun
- Assurer des rituels individuels et collectifs en lien avec notre culture managériale
- Accompagner vos collaborateurs en décalage avec l’attendu en termes de performance et/ou de savoir-être et mettre en place des plans d'actions
Animation de la stratégie d’entreprise :
- Décliner la politique commerciale sur votre périmètre et animer le/les plan(s) d’action de développement
- Analyser les acteurs économiques sur votre périmètre afin d’identifier les cibles principales et les leviers de business
- Construire votre portefeuille et celui de vos collaborateurs, et les animer
- Promouvoir le développement du recrutement en CDI grâce à l'animation du réseau des agences Adecco Médical présentes sur votre territoire
Action commerciale :
- Développer et fidéliser votre propre portefeuille clients et prospects
- Présenter et négocier les prestations de recrutement en CDI/CDD, afin d’atteindre votre objectif de chiffre d’affaires
Gestion/reporting :
- Analyser et animer les indicateurs de gestion et de résultat et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration de la rentabilité
- Rendre compte de votre activité et de celle de votre équipe de façon régulière ses résultats
Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience commerciale et recrutement de 3 ans minimum avec une première expérience managériale réussie.
Vous savez vous adapter à des interlocuteurs variés et exigeants et optimiser une activité sur un large secteur.
Vous avez le goût de la négociation et du challenge, et savez mettre en œuvre différentes solutions pour atteindre les objectifs.
Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir sur l'ensemble des départements du secteur confié
Rémunération : Entre 32.5 et 37K€ fixe annuel brut selon profil + rémunération variable attractive.
