Onboarding Specialist
Apply for RoleDrie keer per week (maandag, woensdag, vrijdag) komen er 30 tot 40 nieuwe Uber Eats bezorgers ons kantoor achter de Dam binnen. Jij ontvangt ze, zorgt voor een goede vibe, legt uit wat ze moeten weten en zorgt dat ze volledig uitgerust met kleding, bezorgtas en kloppende documenten de deur uitgaan.
Op de andere dagen houd jij de boel draaiende. Je belt starters op om te checken hoe het gaat, controleert of ze ook écht zijn gaan rijden en bestelt nieuwe kleding en materialen. Bezorger lopen regelmatig binnen met een vraag of een klacht. Jij staat stevig, denkt mee en lost het op.
Wat ga je doen?Het recruitmentteam zorgt voor de instroom van nieuwe kandidaten. Jij richt je op alles wat daarna komt.
- Hosten van live onboardingdagen (3x per week, 30–40 personen verspreid over de dag)
- Uitreiken van kleding en bezorgtas, documentcheck
- Dag van tevoren: aanwezigheid bevestigen, ontbrekende documenten regelen
- Retentiegesprekken voeren: hoe gaat het, werken ze nog, wat speelt er?
- Controleren of starters daadwerkelijk aan de slag zijn gegaan
- Nieuwe kleding en materialen bestellen
Het is een rol vol afwisseling tussen live contact en nauwkeurig administratief werk. In de toekomst kan het zijn dat we onboarding ook op andere locaties gaan vormgeven of zelfs live sessies voor retentie organiseren.
Wat bieden wij?- Salaris tussen €2.897 en €3.236 bruto per maand (40 uur)
- Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, jouw keuze
- 25,5 vakantiedagen + vakantietoeslag
- De keuze: 13 extra vrije dagen óf 5% extra salaris (in jaar 1 betalen we dit uit)
- €34,- netto vaste kostenvergoeding per maand
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25/km
- Uitstekende pensioenregeling
- Mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken
Je hebt een achtergrond in hospitality, horeca, events of een andere klantgerichte rol — of gewoon de instelling die daarbij hoort. Je staat graag voor een groep, past je makkelijk aan verschillende mensen en culturen aan, en raakt niet van slag als iemand met een klacht binnenloopt. Jij bent iemand die energie geeft, niet afwacht.
