in unserem internen HR-Team und unterstütze unser Unternehmen bei der Rekrutierung von Talenten – we believe in Talents, not in labels!
Was Dich erwartet- Wir sind ein dynamisches Unternehmen, in dem Teamarbeit und Beziehungsmanagement sehr wichtig sind
- Du hast die Möglichkeit, anspruchsvolle Aufgaben wahrzunehmen und genießt eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem kompetenten Team
- Du hast bei uns 30 Tage Urlaub, Vertrauensarbeitszeit sowie die Möglichkeit, hybrid im Büro (hier kannst du die Niederlassung nutzen, die deinem Wohnort am nächsten ist) sowie im Home-Office zu arbeiten

- Führung und Koordination der internen Recruiting-Community
- Sichtbarkeit & Employer Branding der Marke Adecco Group erhöhen
- Regelmäßige Marktanalyse und Austausch mit Stakeholdern
- Interne Suche nach Führungskräften für kritische Positionen
- KPI und Reporting / Tracking für die Recruiting-Community
- Prozessgestaltung, -implementierung und -management
- Markenübergreifende Projekte
- Messen / Recruiting-Events besuchen
- Software- und Lizenzmanagement für die Organisation
- Rekrutierung, Screening und Bewertung potenzieller Kandidat:innen für interne Stellenangebote
- Aufbau einer Talent-Pipeline für wichtige Standorte und Jobrollen
- Planung des Budgets
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Personaldienstleistern
- Kundenorientierung und Stakeholder-Management
- Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung sowie der Führung von Teams
- Kompetenter TA-Software-Anwender
- Gefühl für Rekrutierungstrends und Schlüsseltreibern in der TA-Branche
- Kompetenter Nutzer von Social-Media-Plattformen
- Souveräne Kommunikation und empathische Fähigkeiten
