About The Role
• As the expert in the market, you will offer innovative solutions to bridge any requirements with your clients.
• The Account Manager will focus on client growth, satisfaction, and delivery to clients.
• Building rapport with existing and new clients, you will work to place high calibre talent.
• Delivering a high touch service, you will regularly keep in contact and visit your clients and candidates
• This fast-paced role would suit someone who is hungry to build long term business relationships.
About You
• We are interested in hearing from energetic individuals, who are looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
• You have strong Account Management skills and can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
• You are looking for a fast-paced position, you enjoy a role where you can use your well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills.
• You are driven and committed, to thrive in an environment where your hard work is rewarded.
• Applicants with experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role are highly regarded but experience is not essential.
