Due to the business expansion of our newly established Operational center, here in Sofia, we are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join their Finance team in the position of Senior Order-to-Cash Accountant with French.


Main responsibilities:

- Ready and maintain financial and business transactions and billing of invoices and credit notes, regular reconciliation of AR accounts.
- Maintain account receivables to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Focus on cash collection: building relationships with customers to ensure the company receives payments on time.
- Work with business departments to ensure that the correct information is reflected in the billing system, serving the business needs of internal and external customers.
- Consider the need for internal and external controls and accurate reporting.
- Ensure proficiency with the accounting system as the basis for billing and reporting and resolving any discrepancies.
- Perform daily AR tasks such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Perform month-end close-related tasks and activities.


The right candidate will have:

- 2+ years of experience in AR field or related.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Languages – full professional proficiency in English (B1-B2) and French (B2 -C1) written and spoken are mandatory.
- DISY experience preferred but can be trained.
- Attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and collaborative.
- Understanding of accounting software and programs, eager to learn.
