You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group providing inhouse services and improving operational & financial excellence. We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position ofREGIONAL PROCESS COORDINATOR P2P.
The REGIONAL PROCESS COORDINATOR P2P supports the GPO with the design and implementation of a standard framework for E2E Finance processes and IT system requirements in line with the global FinOps strategy. Act as key point of contact for knowledge transfer activities for local business users
Your Responsibilities:
·Support the GPO with driving of process standardization and harmonization
·Track root causes of service deficiencies and propose service remediation
·Assist with the implementation of improvements by ensuring that fitting resources, procedures and systems are aligned
·Support GPO with system implementation with focus on standardization and best usage of available technical solutions with none or minimal customization
·Assist with collecting business requirements and their analysis
·Conduct trainings to colleagues on ERP system
·Ensure work instructions and SOPs are updated
·Assist the GPO with creation of Process taxonomy and generation of country fact sheets
·Provide training on transition approach to different stakeholders and distribute the country fact sheets to respective business users and supporting the collection of information
·Analyze the received data to ensure there are no gaps
·Create Knowledge transfer files and distribute to affected teams
·Support the transition manager with administrative tasks
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics and HFM
- Promote the adoption of standardization of the end-to-end process
- Ability to lead and develop teams including remote leadership
- Roll up sleeves, energetic and forward thinking
- Strong ability to collaborate, sees big picture and can drill into the detail
- Understands the business and how activities are impacted
- Team player, proactive, open minded, excellent listening skills and able to adapt to different cultures
- Advanced English language – written and spoken
