Nous intervenons en mode projet pour des campagnes de recrutement massives aussi bien localement qu’au plan national.
Grace à l’automatisation et au distanciel nous parvenons à être rapide, productif et performant.
La structure se compose d'environ 140 recruteurs férus du sourcing, des méthodes d’évaluation et de digitalisation.
Nous recherchons un Manager Equipe de Sourcing Centralisé H/F pour rejoindre l’équipe basée au siège du Groupe Adecco à Villeurbanne (69100).
Missions clés :
1/ Management
- Encadrer et animer son équipe composée de 7 à 10 recruteurs H/F
- Maintenir et développer les compétences des collaborateurs directs
- Fixer les objectifs & Kpi’s (hebdomadaire – mensuel)
- Assurer les rituels managériaux individuels et collectifs
- Recruter ses futurs collaborateurs
2/ Pilotage de la production
- Organiser les opérations de production & en assurer le suivi
- Optimiser le travail de l’équipe dans un souci du respect du délais et de la qualité apportée aux clients internes et externes et s’assurer de répondre aux attentes des Directions opérationnelles
- Mesurer et garantir la satisfaction agences Adecco (Réactivité – Volume - Qualité)
- Faire preuve de créativité et être force de proposition afin de trouver des solutions à nos problématiques de recrutement !
3/ Performance :
- Savoir donner du sens et embarquer une équipe vers l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Suivre les différents indicateurs déterminés pour chaque projet
- Assurer un reporting régulier via des tableaux de bord
- Analyser les résultats afin de construire et mettre en œuvre des plans d’actions
Compétences attendues :
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un leadership naturel,
- Vous identifiez rapidement les obstacles et pilotez votre activité efficacement
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les nouvelles technologies et le e-recrutement et savez proposer des solutions innovantes
- Vous disposez d´un excellent sens relationnel,
- Vous êtes audacieux(se) et déterminé(e),
Votre rémunération: Entre 36K€ et 41k€ en fixe selon le profil + 25% de part variable sur objectifs
