Nous recherchons un(e) Juriste Droit Sécurité sociale à partir du 1er janvier 2025, pour une durée de 10 mois.
Vous êtes prêt à intégrer une équipe dynamique et créative de 10 personnes pour accompagner et conseiller les différentes Sociétés du Groupe Adecco en France sur le sujet des précontentieux et contentieux liés aux accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles (AT-MP) ?

Vous aurez pour principales missions :
- Apporter les informations et conseils juridiques opérationnels à vos interlocuteurs pour faciliter la prise de décision ;
- Gérer les précontentieux et contentieux en lien avec les AT-MP, notamment déclencher les actions judiciaires et réaliser les recours nécessaires à la préservation des intérêts de l’employeur ;
- Assurer de la rentabilité des actions à mener en lien avec le coordinateur financier AT-MP ;
- Assurer la veille juridique et la communication des informations juridiques utiles auprès des interlocuteurs concernés ;Être force de proposition pour adapter les pratiques aux évolutions législatives et opérationnelles ;
- Concevoir et animer les formations juridiques internes et/ou externes ;
- Effectuer les reportings relatifs au suivi de l’activité ;
- A titre occasionnel, accompagner les interlocuteurs internes dans les déclarations d’accidents du travail, maladie professionnelle et suivi des procédures d’instruction.
Profil recherché :
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) en Master 2 dans le domaine juridique
- Première expérience professionnelle en matière d’AT-MP – droit de la sécurité sociale souhaitée
- Vous maitrisez le pack office
- Vous maitrisez l'anglais
