About the role

Mission:

• Adecco Group ITD has established a new 3-year ITD Strategy and defined a selection of Strategic Programs to be successfully delivered to ensure the implementation of the ITD strategy.
• The ITD Head of Performance & Transformation will play a pivotal role to ensure Strategy execution, performance management, continuous improvement and to drive the Organization along the transformation.
• Will design, implement & manage the required governance processes & performance management framework, focused on execution excellence.
• Will drive the change acceleration process with the ITD and Business organizations and focus on continuous improvement to drive governance and operations effectiveness

What you’ll be doing

Accountabilities:


• Understand the ITD & the Business Strategy and organize governance, performance, change management & process improvement activities, in respect and support of the ITD Strategy and in full alignment with the Business Strategy.
• Accountable to design, establish and manage a performance framework, with indicators to measure the progress on the execution of the ITD Strategy and overall to drive excellence in operations and delivery.
• Determine strategies to effectively accompany the organization along the transformation in ITD & people adopting the change, incl local ITD teams in the markets.
• Drive a mindset of effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring a continuous improvement approach with internal governance and processes.
• Ensure appropriate capabilities are in place to deliver on the Strategy and on the ITD objectives – address any gaps.

Main tasks & responsibilities


• Ensure respect of the principles and strategic direction within ITD and ITD business stakeholders.
• Communicate the ITD Vision & Strategy to the organization.
• Engage with business leaders to ensure continuous alignment between business needs and the ITD strategy.
• Establish required Governance processes.
• Implement a Performance framework to monitor ITD performances at operational, tactical and strategic level, encompassing operational excellence, delivery excellence and people satisfaction.

• Measure progress and effectiveness of ITD Strategy execution and program execution, including consequence management, based on set KPI’s.
• Develop & maintain a Performance scorecard
• Contribute to drive a culture of Operational excellence, Delivery excellence, People satisfaction, Business value contribution.
• Act as the Adecco Group primary point of contact for Performance, Change management and ITD internal processes.
• Manage and coach a team of professional.

About you

• At least 10 cumulative years of experience within Governance, Performance, Business services, Change management and Business & IT transformation.
• Master best practices in Performance & Change management.
• Experience as Business leader and able to grasp business priorities and strategies.
• Experience as advisor for leaders and executives and/or as a team leader for specialists.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including executive management.
• Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines.
• Experience successfully working with distributed teams.


Education:


• Master’s degree with focus on Engineering, Business Management and or IT
