Global Reward Programs Manager
India/ Sofia-grad, Bulgaria Apply for RoleThe Total Rewards team at The Adecco Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Reward Programs Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of core compensation processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our global workforce receives competitive and equitable compensation through effective salary review, short-term incentive (STI), and pay equity reporting practices. This role will be based in Sofia, Bulgaria and report to the Global Compensation Infrastructure Lead based in London. The incumbent will lead a team of two analysts.
What you’ll be doingProcess Ownership and Strategy:
- In close partnership with the Total Rewards leadership team (TRLT), lead the design and implementation, of core compensation processes including the annual compensation review, out of cycle adjustments , STI, and pay equity reporting processes.
- For reward cycle 2024/25, the key focus is:
- the operation of the annual compensation review for the top 400 leaders;
- the calculation and communication of 2024 bonuses for participants in the centrally administered short-term incentive plans (GSTIP);
- leading the finalisation and timely communication of the 2025 GSTIP scorecards and targets to participants.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation and communication materials for all core compensation processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in global compensation management.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Lead the development and implementation of robust data collection and analysis.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of insightful reports on salary review outcomes, STI payouts, and pay equity metrics.
- Partner with data analysts and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Technology Implementation:
- Setting up STI workflow in the global comp solution with support of SSC - in getting all global STI plans set up in the system, letters, calculation workflows, governance, and audits.
- Champion the adoption and integration of new technology solutions to streamline core compensation processes.
- Partner with IT and vendor teams to configure relevant HR technology platforms.
- Ensure efficient data migration and system transitions during technology implementations.
Global Execution and Change Management:
- Develop and execute training programs for managers and employees on core compensation processes.
- Partner with GBU/regional/country HR to drive and embed the consistent application of core processes across all global locations wherever possible, subject to necessary country/GBU specific nuance.
- Facilitate effective communication and change management throughout the implementation of new processes.
Compliance, Audit and Governance:
- Build effective partnerships with HR and Payroll in the countries to support a seamless, timely and compliant execution of the compensation processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of best practices for internal control frameworks and risk management within compensation programs.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management, with specific experience in managing annual merit cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a qualification in Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of global compensation practices and legal considerations.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale HR processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Experience in a global or multinational organization.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones is a requirement.
