Au sein d'une agence familiale où cohabitent challenge et bonne humeur, vos missions seront :
* Recrutement
- Recueillir des besoins en personnel des clients et prospects du secteur
- Réaliser les analyses de postes
- Rédiger et diffuser les annonces de recrutement sur les supports adaptés et en assurer le suivi
- Evaluer les compétences des candidats au travers de tests métiers et/ou questionnaires de personnalité et les restituer oralement et par écrit
- Rédiger les synthèses de candidatures et valoriser les compétences en adéquation avec les postes à pourvoir auprès des interlocuteurs concernés
- Informer les candidats et/ou intérimaires sur la mission proposée, leurs statuts, droits, obligations et règles de sécurité au travail
- Assurer des actions régulières de placement actif et push candidats
* Vente
- Entretenir des relations commerciales suivies avec les clients et/ou les prospects, les fidéliser
- S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients et/ou des collaborateurs, mesurer la qualité des prestations et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives
- Promouvoir l'offre et conseiller les clients/prospects sur leurs besoins en matière de travail temporaire et de recrutement
* Gestion
- Constituer les dossiers d'inscription, les saisir et mettre à jour la base de données
- Rédiger les contrats de mission et de mise à disposition
- Gérer administrativement les intérimaires et/ou collaborateurs (DPAE, VM, saisie des éléments variables...)
Issu(e) d'une formation dans les Ressources Humaines ou la relation commerciale, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience dans ce domaine.
Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'entretiens individuels et collectifs, outils informatiques (pack office et bases de données), techniques de sourcing.
Votre goût du challenge, votre sens du service, votre sens de l'écoute et votre force de conviction seront des atouts à la réussite de cette mission.
Votre aptitude à gérer les priorités, votre réactivité et votre capacité d'adaptation, ainsi que votre maîtrise de soi (gestion du stress) vous aideront de votre quotidien.
