Candidate Services Administrator, EMEA

The primary responsibility of the Candidate Services Administrator Role is to provide administration and reporting support to the Candidate Services Manager, Operations Leaders and wider Global Delivery Services function. Responsible for compiling and generating regular reporting, assigning workloads and maintaining documentation. This is an entirely virtual position required to work in the EMEA time zone.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports directly to the Candidate Services Manager, EMEA

Major Responsibilities

  • Maintaining utilization of resource through workload allocation
  • Compiling regular reporting for distribution and analysis using MS Excel, Powerpoint andMicrostrategy
  • Co-ordinate workforce planning to ensure coverage across 10 countries and 6 languages
  • Tier One support for candidates contacting LHH through central inbox
    • Assigning work based on language and availability
    • Responding to basic technical and process enquiries
  • Analyze data to accurately forecast webinar demand
  • Extract and formulate data to monitor and maintain quality
  • Validation of invoicing requests and costs for EMEA Candidate Services Team
  • Other Operational projects as needed

Required Experience/Characteristics

  • Prioritize and handle multiple, challenging tasks
  • 2 – 5 years experience required
  • Strong technical capabilities, utilizing multiple systems: ORBIT, Microstrategy, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar data driven and administrative role
  • Remote/Virtual Work experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office software package – strength in Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong development mindset with a desire to learn new tasks and flexibility to adjust with changing priorities
  • Fluency in English required
