The Centre Operations Officer is dedicated to ensuring exceptional coordination and management of operations at their respective ADF Careers Centre (ADFCC). As a senior stakeholder and primary point of contact for Adecco, the Australian Defence Force (ADF), and subcontractor personnel, the Centre Operations Officer aims to foster a collaborative, cohesive, and nationally consistent approach to operations.

As the Centre Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless integration, effective communication, and operational excellence, ultimately contributing to the successful recruitment efforts of the ADF.
You will:
- Drive a national approach to ADF Careers centre coordination, ensuring consistency, collaboration, target achievement, and prioritising the candidate experience.
- Deliver local operational coordination to ensure unified efforts across all stakeholders, achieving targets and providing outstanding candidate experiences.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all personnel within respective locations, maintaining transparent and regular communication with key local stakeholders, aligning on ADF Careers priorities and goals.
- Lead and coordinate local efforts for key ADF Careers activities, including Workplace Health and Safety, engagement initiatives, and transformation and change initiatives.
- Complete Facility Security Officer (FSO) training and formally assume the role of FSO for your ADF Careers Centre. Responsible for maintaining security awareness, processes and procedures in centre.
- Lead, manage, and coach the centre concierge to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including assessment session attendance and seamless transitions within the ADF Careers team.
- Champion and drive a "one team" approach across all aspects of local operations, ensuring alignment in behaviours, interactions, and daily work.
- Proactively coordinate centre operations, seeking and implementing feedback from Adecco ADF Careers, CoA, and Subcontractors to identify and drive opportunities for improvement or change.

Your background will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in overseeing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to organisational standards across ADF Careers Centre (ADFCC).
- Strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including Adecco, ADF, and subcontractor personnel, fostering a cooperative and cohesive work environment.
