The Quality and Audit Manager is responsible for leading and managing the audit program on behalf of ADF Careers, reporting on findings, gaps and actions to senior stakeholders and executives. This role is responsible for promoting quality and risk management principles across the organisation, in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

You will:

• Implement and lead a national, consistent approach to Quality and Audit Management across ADF Careers, aligned with the expectations and requirements of Adecco and the client.
• Oversee the Quality Management System and ensure it meets internal standards and external regulatory requirements
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification, ensuring business processes are always aligned to requirements.
• Manage effective relationships with the certification body, attending external audits on behalf of ADF Careers, capturing recommendations, and cascading all actions and feedback to relevant stakeholders internally.
• Develop, implement and refine the strategic direction of the audit program to maintain compliance and alignment with standards.
• Plan and conduct internal audits to identify risks and ensure they meet standards
• Review and analyse audit findings to identify and address potential weaknesses and noncompliance with contractual requirements and policies and procedures and regulations.
• Execute the management review process for Quality, in collaboration with the Risk, Audit and Governance team.
• Provide support to the business to resolve actions and issues and implement improvements identified through the audit process.
• Ensure ongoing organisational awareness of the quality management system and associated responsibilities through the delivery of targeted education and awareness sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with Commonwealth counterparts and key stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to Quality and Audit Management where required.
• Lead and manage an audit team including providing ongoing learning and development opportunities to build the capability of staff and actively managing employee performance to ensure business outcomes are achieved to a quality standard
• Maintain deep knowledge of Quality and Audit standards, changes and regulations.

• Have a good understanding of how various quality audit processes and procedures relate to operational quality and effectiveness
• Diploma of Quality Auditing & Business (Compliance) BSB50920, BSB50120, or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or ISO 9001 lead auditor training (desirable)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline (desirable)
