Recruitment Consultant

Mission

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter specializing in overseas and domestic bulk hiring of healthcare staff, nurses, and paramedical staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding healthcare professionals across various specialties and levels. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. The candidate should have experience in conducting job drives and should be willing to travel intra state and inter state to source candidates.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, both locally and internationally. Create sourcing plans and utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals etc) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Candidate Screening and Selection: Screen resumes, conduct interviews and access candidate’s qualifications and fitment for specific healthcare roles. Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews and final interviews, ensuring a thorough evaluation process.
• Compliance and documentation: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and licensing standards for healthcare professionals in different countries and states. Manage documentation and credentialing processes, including verification of licenses, certifications and work permits.

·Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, agencies, and international recruitment partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

·Onboarding and support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into healthcare facility or organization. Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.

·Reporting and metrics: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates and quality of hire. Prepare regular reports and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Required Experience/Characteristics

• Minimum 1 year and above recruitment experience in healthcare field.
• Proven experience as a Healthcare recruiter, preferably with a focus on overseas and domestic bulk hiring of healthcare staff, nurses and para-medical staff.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements and international recruitment practices.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English and local language is a must have.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred

Additional Information

• This role may require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally, for recruitment activities and meetings with stakeholders. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate different time zones and international recruitment processes.
