Candidatar -seThe Director of Sourcing for the Global RPO business at LHH is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the global sourcing strategy that powers our Recruitment Process Outsourcing business. This role goes beyond operational delivery—its purpose is to define the future of how talent is identified, engaged, and converted across diverse markets and client environments, ensuring that LHH RPO’s approach to sourcing is always at the cutting edge of market.
As the strategic architect of our sourcing capability, this leader establishes a unified vision for how LHH brings worldclass talent intelligence, innovative sourcing methodologies, and scalable delivery models to our clients. They set the direction for how sourcing contributes to the full talent journey - from market mapping and predictive insights to creating talent communities that anticipate client needs before requisitions even exist.
The Director oversees the design and deployment of sourcing strategies that align with client objectives, labor market dynamics, and LHH’s broader RPO growth ambitions. They lead and inspire a high-performance global sourcing organization, cultivating a culture of curiosity, digital fluency, and accountability. Through clear performance frameworks, modern sourcing technologies, and continuous capability-building, this leader ensures teams consistently operate with speed, precision, and measurable impact.
Ultimately, the Director of Sourcing serves as both a strategic advisor and operational accelerator, guiding clients and internal stakeholders on how strategic sourcing fuels competitive advantage and long-term workforce readiness. This leader transforms sourcing from a tactical function into a proactive, insight driven engine that supports every major hiring initiative across the Global RPO portfolio.
What you’ll be doingGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees a team of global sourcing and screening leads in daily operational tasks to ensure a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates and client stakeholders
- Audits candidate and job reports as it relates to the screening and sourcing processes to ensure required records are completed and logged in the appropriate user system(s)
- Manages the overall shared service processes
- Ensures the success of the team by providing support and input necessary to serve clients and candidates
- Communicates overall sourcing and screening strategy and SLA, OLA and KPI responsibilities and documentation of the former
- Identifies the need for process modifications while identifying solution and recommendations to constantly improve,
- Manages a budget to ROI methodology and takes responsibility to challenge unknown costs, delivery revenue, margin and growth vision
- Creates feedback loops to understand client perception of service and candidate satisfaction
- Supports internal stakeholders in sales and business development pursuits including leading a team of sourcing insights professionals
- Provides sales and pricing negotiation advisement
- Participates in special projects
SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Technology and systems savvy with an AI for innovation and tools
- Interpersonal savvy and strong collaboration across leadership
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on the ever-changing environment
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting technology including ATS, CRM and VMS
- Ability to analyze, interpret and create metrics to drive performance
- Strong ability to lead, motivate and manage team activities
