Directly supervises: RPO Delivery Leads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Project Teams

Functionally supervises: Onsite teams, shared service teams, implementation squads

Key relationship: Operations and Business Line.

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Director RPO is the senior operational leader responsible for launching, running, and expanding RPO solutions in Mexico and LATAM. As the first RPO leader in country, this role establishes operational foundations, drives delivery excellence, ensures client satisfaction, and builds scalable regional capability. The role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic client partnership and moderate commercial responsibilities, ensuring that programmes deliver measurable hiring outcomes, service quality, and operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • RPO Regional Subject Matter Expert: Attend sales calls for RPO opportunities that include Mexico (and rest of LATAM).
  • Commercial & Growth Support: Support sales teams in shaping solutions, contribute to pricing, identify expansion opportunities and develop sales opportunities with local LHH sellers.
  • Operational Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Build, lead, and optimise RPO delivery teams, establish operational workflows, ensure SLA performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as senior point of accountability, lead QBRs, build stakeholder trust, manage escalations.
  • Implementation & Change Leadership: Lead implementations, technology adoption, and change management.
  • People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing delivery teams.

Key Outcomes

  • Successful launch and stabilization of RPO programmes in Mexico and LATAM.
  • Achievement of operational KPIs, SLA performance, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Development of scalable operating models.
  • Strong client relationships and commercial expansion opportunities.
About you

Job Requirement/Experience

Education (Desirable)

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Experience

  • 8–12+ years in TA leadership, minimum 5 years in RPO operations.
  • Direct experience leading client facing engagements including operational and sales events
  • Experience launching or managing complex RPO programs.
  • Background in operational management and process optimization.
  • Experience managing multi-country teams within LATAM preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment technologies.

Skills/Attributes

  • Operationally strong, structured, experienced in scalable delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with commercial discussions but delivery-focused.
  • Change-ready mindset with implementation experience.

  • Travel Requirements - Sometimes – Up to 30%
