LHH RPO - Sales Director (RPO) - US
PostulerThe Sales Director (RPO) is principally responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the large contract space. They work with the support network across the sales function and alongside the enabling functions to build and utilize stakeholder relations with a view to maximizing revenue gains.
The Director will proactively identify new opportunities, develop a sales strategy, orchestrate the larger sales-team (solution design, bid management, and pricing) and convert these opportunities into LHH RPO wins. The Director must be able to demonstrate added value by helping to shape the optimum recruitment solution, and ultimately create a situation to direct award or support the bidding process that follows.
The Sales Director (RPO) ensures pipelines are managed and targets are being delivered, with accurate pipeline management activity in place.
The Sales Director (RPO) is responsible for facilitating the knowledge base across the Group by sharing customer data and profiling information. This individual needs to build strong internal relationships across the Group and demonstrate sound influencing and diplomacy skills.

What you’ll be doing- Reports directly to VP RPO Sales & Solutions.
- Directly supervises: RPO Delivery Leads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Project Teams
- Functionally supervises: Onsite teams, shared service teams, implementation squads
- Key relationship: Operations and Business Line.
Key Responsibilities
- RPO Subject Matter Expert: Proactive in providing larger RPO sales team and RPO business on recruitment trends, pain points and bring this market insight to client stakeholders
- Commercial & Growth Support: Support sales teams in shaping solutions, contribute to pricing, identify expansion opportunities and develop sales opportunities with local LHH sellers.
- Disciplined sales leader: Attend sales calls for RPO opportunities that originate or include North America. Build and support the RPO sales engine, working with established operational workflows, ensure SLA performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as senior point of accountability, lead bid presentations, build stakeholder trust, manage escalations.
- Implementation & Change Leadership: Lead implementations, technology adoption, and change management.
- People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing delivery teams.
Key Outcomes
- Achievement of sales KPIs, and SLA performance.
- Development of enhanced RPO service solution.
- Strong client relationships and commercial expansion opportunities.
Job Requirement/Experience
Education (Desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Experience
- 8–12+ years in TA leadership, minimum 5 years in RPO operations.
- Direct experience leading client facing engagements including operational and sales events
- Experience launching or managing complex RPO programs.
- Illustrated experience managing pipelines and deal strategies
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment technologies.
Skills/Attributes
- Operationally strong, structured, experienced in scalable delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with commercial discussions
- Change-ready mindset with implementation experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,080 and $183,480. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
