Nå styrker vi laget og søker en Consultant / Senior Consultant som vil være med å bygge morgendagens rekrutteringsbyrå.

Om rollen

Som Consultant hos LHH får du ansvar for egen kunde og oppdragsportefølje, fra innsalg og rådgivning til search, vurdering og ansettelse. Du jobber tett med kunder i både privat og offentlig sektor, ofte i roller der kravene er høye og forventningene tydelige.

Du blir en del av et engasjert fagmiljø der vi jobber med å utvikle en kvalitativt sterk og lønnsom leveransemodell som bidrar til høy kandidat- og kundetilfredshet. Dette gjør vi gjennom at erfarne seniorrådgivere samarbeider med researchere og consultants og ved aktiv bruk av teknologi, AI og systemer som er bygget for fremtidens rekruttering.

Hvem er du?

Det finnes flere riktige bakgrunner, men vi ser for oss at du:

  • trives i konsulentrollen og har erfaring med leder og/eller spesialistrekruttering
  • har jobbet med større kunder i privat og/eller offentlig sektor, gjerne innen IT, teknologi eller komplekse fagmiljøer
  • er kommersiell, strukturert og trygg i rådgiverrollen
  • er utviklingsorientert og har sterk gjennomføringsevne

For å jobbe på flere av våre rammeavtaler er det en forutsetning at du har:

  • utdanning på minimum bachelornivå, helst master
  • gjerne bakgrunn innen HR, ledelse, teknologi eller tilsvarende
  • kan vise til relevante referanseoppdrag fra siste 3 år
  • DNV sertifisering som rekrutterer og kjennskap til Assessio testverktøy eller vilje til å sertifiseres
