The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to join our Marketing team and lead content strategy for the UK & Ireland market. This is a pivotal role for a creative storyteller who can turn complex ideas into compelling narratives that engage clients and candidates across diverse sectors.
What you’ll be doing- Shape Content Strategy: Develop and execute a robust content plan aligned with marketing and business objectives.
 - Create Impactful Messaging: Craft persuasive copy for campaigns, thought leadership pieces, product content, and more.
 - Deliver Multi-Channel Content: Produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies, video scripts, and advertising.
 - Optimise for Digital: Build content for marketing automation funnels and apply SEO/AEO best practices.
 - Champion Brand Voice: Ensure consistency across Adecco and its specialist brands.
 - Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and insights teams to align messaging.
 - Measure & Improve: Analyse performance metrics to refine content strategies.
 
- Experience: 5+ years in content creation or management within marketing; recruitment or B2B experience is a plus.
 - Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive copy.
 - Strategic Mindset: Skilled at translating business objectives into actionable content plans.
 - Digital Expertise: Knowledge of SEO and marketing automation platforms.
 - Collaborative Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
 - Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to inform decisions.
 - Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred.
