Qual será o teu impacto?
Nesta função, não estarás apenas a criar relatórios. Terás um papel estratégico na transformação de dados em informação útil para suportar decisões e melhorar a performance das diferentes áreas.
- Desenvolvimento e manutenção de reportings e dashboards
- Monitorização e análise de indicadores de performance
- Garantia da qualidade e consistência dos dados
- Identificação de tendências, oportunidades e riscos
- Suporte às equipas de negócio através da análise de informação
- Otimização e melhoria contínua dos processos de reporting
Principais responsabilidades
- Elaborar relatórios operacionais e de gestão
- Desenvolver dashboards e indicadores de performance
- Recolher, tratar e validar dados provenientes de diferentes fontes
- Analisar resultados e identificar tendências relevantes
- Garantir a fiabilidade e integridade da informação reportada
- Apoiar a tomada de decisão através da apresentação de insights e recomendações
- Automatizar processos de reporting sempre que possível
- Colaborar com diferentes áreas para compreender necessidades de negócio
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos de reporting definidos
Perfil que procuramos
- Formação superior em áreas como Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística ou similares
- Experiência prévia em funções de Reporting, Business Intelligence ou Análise de Dados
- Domínio avançado de Excel
- Conhecimentos de Power BI e/ou outras ferramentas de reporting
- Capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados
- Atenção ao detalhe e rigor na análise de informação
- Boa capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
- Conhecimentos de inglês serão valorizados
