Estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa interna com a integração de um Process Manager, que terá um papel fundamental na otimização de processos, desenvolvimento de soluções operacionais e implementação de melhorias que geram impacto real no negócio e nos nossos clientes.
Qual será o teu impacto?
Nesta função, não estarás apenas a analisar processos. Terás um papel ativo na transformação das operações, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, promovendo a eficiência e contribuindo para uma cultura de excelência operacional.
- Mapeamento e otimização de processos operacionais
- Implementação de iniciativas de melhoria contínua
- Monitorização de indicadores de desempenho
- Desenvolvimento de soluções técnicas para clientes e operações
- Capacitação e acompanhamento de equipas operacionais
- Promoção de uma cultura de inovação e eficiência
Principais responsabilidades
- Mapear, analisar e otimizar processos no setor logístico e industrial
- Desenvolver soluções técnicas e apoiar a elaboração de propostas comerciais
- Monitorizar KPI e identificar oportunidades de melhoria operacional
- Liderar e acompanhar planos de melhoria contínua
- Implementar metodologias Lean, Kaizen e 5S
- Apoiar a definição e uniformização de boas práticas operacionais
- Formar e acompanhar equipas na adoção de novos processos
- Analisar resultados e propor ações corretivas e preventivas
- Garantir o alinhamento entre eficiência operacional e objetivos do negócio
Perfil que procuramos
- Formação superior em Engenharia, Gestão, Logística ou áreas similares
- Experiência em funções operacionais, melhoria contínua ou gestão de processos
- Domínio de Excel
- Conhecimentos de Power BI serão valorizados
- Conhecimentos e experiência em metodologias Lean, Kaizen e 5S
- Elevada capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados
- Capacidade de liderança e influência de equipas
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
- Proatividade, autonomia e espírito crítico
