Product Marketing and Sales Activation Manager

The Product Marketing and Sales Activation Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive global product marketing and sales enablement strategy that directly supports our business objectives and solution-driven initiatives. In this dual-focused role, you will work closely with global marketing, sales, and operations teams to craft impactful sales content and playbooks, and ensure that local teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, best practices, and tailored strategies to succeed in their specific markets.
What you’ll be doingSolutions Marketing
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Direct global client acquisition campaigns—both online and offline—designed to generate leads, build pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Spearhead targeted ABM initiatives and outcomes for key enterprise clients based on solutions, ensuring customized and effective market penetration.
- Business Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen our market presence and enhance our solutions portfolio.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM strategies to boost lead nurturing, retention, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates.
- Narrative and content: craft dedicated value propositions and narrative for each solution, product, industry and client segment, overseeing the deployment across the organization.
Sales Activation
- Global Sales Activation Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy that aligns with our vision and leverages local insights to drive market-specific success.
- Country coordination: Oversee coordination with countries around solutions and products in terms of consistency, taxonomy, effectiveness and scale.
- Portfolio Selling: Collaborate with central marketing and sales to orchestrate initiatives to enhance the ability around consultative selling and solution selling.
- Content & Playbook Development: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and dedicated teams to produce dynamic sales materials, playbooks, and sales kits that resonate with diverse global and local audiences.
- Tool & Technology Integration: Oversee the management and seamless integration of sales enablement platforms (e.g., CRM, Sales enablement Platforms, etc.), collaborating with IT department to optimize efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Sales Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to sales teams, identifying opportunities, incorporating local best practices, and adapting global strategies to local market nuances, industries, clients and segments.

- Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in product marketing and sales activation within multinational environments, ideally in the HR solutions or related industries.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to bridge global strategies with localized execution, driving measurable improvements in sales and marketing performance.
- Collaborative mindset: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building relationships across various regions and functions.
- Technical Proficiency: good familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools.
- Adaptability: A proactive approach to managing diverse markets, cultures, and evolving business needs.
- Business level English, other languages are considered a plus.
