Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Bearbeitung von kundenspezifischen Einkaufsanforderungen (BANFen) bis zur prozessualen Überführung in Bestellungen
- Abwicklung von Streckengeschäften (Through‑Put / Pass‑Through), bei denen Waren und Leistungen direkt vom definierten Lieferanten an den Endkunden gehen
- Sicherstellung der vollständigen und korrekten Prozesskette entlang der vorgegebenen Workflows
- Arbeit mit vom Kunden festgelegten Lieferanten, Konditionen und Leistungsinhalten
- Prüfung der formalen Vollständigkeit der Vorgaben (z. B. Lieferantendaten, Konditionen, Vertragsreferenzen)
- Erstellung und Pflege der vertraglichen Grundlagen auf Basis kundenseitiger Vorgaben (z. B. Rahmenverträge, Bestellvereinbarungen)
- Pflege und Abbildung der Einkaufsprozesse in den relevanten Systemen (z. B. ERP / SAP)
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen und auditsicheren Dokumentation aller prozessrelevanten Informationen
- Enge Abstimmung mit:
- Kunden (Einkauf, Fachbereiche, Administration)
- Lieferanten (ausschließlich operativ/administrativ)
- internen Bereichen wie Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, Operations
- Ansprechpartner:in für prozessuale Rückfragen, nicht für inhaltliche Einkaufsentscheidungen
- Erfahrung in Purchasing Operations, Order Management, Procure‑to‑Pay oder vergleichbaren administrativen Einkaufsprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen (z. B. SAP MM)
- Ausgeprägtes Prozess‑ und Schnittstellenverständnis
- Strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kundenorientierung und hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit in der Abwicklung
