Wir suchen in Frankfurt am Main einen Account Manager (m/w/d) für die Personalvermittlung (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Freelance), der Beziehungen pflegt, Chancen erkennt und mit uns gemeinsam neue Kunden gewinnt
Deine Aufgaben- Aufbau und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen mit technischem Fokus im Großraum Frankfurt am Main
- Betreuung & Disposition von Kollegen in Kundenprojekten inkl. regelmäßiger Projektabstimmungen & Feedbackgespräche
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Kandidaten & Recruiting
- Akquise von Projekten bei Neukunden sowie Betreuung von Ausschreibungen bestehender Accounts (Großkunden) aus dem Engineering-Umfeld
- Matching geeigneter Kandidaten auf Kundenprojekte in enger Abstimmung mit dem Recruiting
- Analyse der Kundenanforderungen & Auswahl der passenden Vertragsform (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, Personalvermittlung, Dienstvertrag)
- Koordination & Finalisierung von Angebots-, Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Fingerspitzengefühl (ethisch & betriebswirtschaftlich)
- Technisches und/oder kaufmännisches Verständnis, erworben durch ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Personaldienstleistungenvon großem Vorteil
- Professionelles, authentisches und selbstsicheres Auftreten durch entsprechende Softskills
- Überzeugungsstärke in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kandidaten
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft (Aneignung technischer Expertise zum besseren Verständnis der Kundenanforderungen)
- Teamfähigkeit & Wille, bestehende Prozesse gemeinsam zu optimieren
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Affinität zur Nutzung verschiedener KI-Tools
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
