Vi søker nå en HR- og kundekonsulent innen bygg, anlegg og industri til vårt kontor i Tromsø.
Dette er en spennende rolle for deg som trives med mennesker, relasjonsbygging og koordinering. Du vil bli en sentral ressurs i vår bygg, anlegg og industrisatsing, hvor du får ansvar for oppfølging av kunder og medarbeidere, rekruttering, drift og utvikling av kundeporteføljen. Rollen gir stor påvirkningskraft og mulighet til å forme egen hverdag i et marked med betydelig potensial.
Om rollen
Som HR- og kundekonsulent vil du være bindeleddet mellom kunder, medarbeidere og Adecco. Du vil jobbe tett med både eksisterende og nye kunder samtidig som du sikrer god oppfølging av våre ansatte ute på oppdrag.
Du får ansvar for den daglige driften av bygg, anlegg og industrisegmentet i regionen, inkludert rekruttering, kundeoppfølging, medarbeideroppfølging og administrative oppgaver knyttet til bemanningsprosessene.
- Rekruttering og bemanning av medarbeidere innen bygg, anlegg og industri
- Bygge og utvikle langsiktige kunderelasjoner
- Gjennomføre kundebesøk og følge opp eksisterende kundeavtaler
- Administrative HR-oppgaver og personaloppfølging
- Oppfølging av bolig, lager, verktøy og tilhørende logistikk for medarbeidere
- Innkjøp og koordinering av nødvendig utstyr
- Bidra til videre vekst og utvikling av Adeccos bygg- og industrisatsing i Nord-Norge
- Samarbeide tett med kolleger lokalt, regionalt og nasjonalt
- Noe reisevirksomhet i Troms og Finnmark må påregnes, etter avtale
Vi ser etter deg som er strukturert, løsningsorientert og trives med en variert arbeidshverdag. Du bygger naturlig gode relasjoner og motiveres av å skape resultater gjennom samarbeid med kunder og medarbeidere. Du må være fleksibel og komfortabel med å håndtere både hektiske perioder og krevende personalsaker. Rollen passer godt for deg som liker å ta ansvar, se muligheter og finne gode løsninger når utfordringer oppstår.
Vi ser gjerne at du har:
- Minimum 5 års relevant arbeidserfaring
- Teknisk utdanning eller teknisk erfaring
- Erfaring med mennesker, service og koordinering
- Erfaring fra HR, bemanning, rekruttering eller lignende roller
- God administrativ og organisatorisk forståelse
- Gode digitale ferdigheter og systemforståelse
- Gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper, både muntlig og skriftlig
- Krav om førerkort klasse B
- Bygger sterke relasjoner med kunder og medarbeidere
- Er tilpasningsdyktige og fleksibel
- Evner å se muligheter og finne løsninger
- Trives med høyt aktivitetsnivå
- Er en god sparringspartner
- Motiveres av å nå resultater
- Håndterer konflikter og krevende situasjoner på en profesjonell måte
- Tar ansvar og skaper fremdrift i egen portefølje
