Zur Verstärkung unseres Bereichs Sales Operations suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der unser Team in Düsseldorf bei vielfältigen Aufgaben rund um Vertrieb, Kundenmanagement, Ausschreibungen, Vertragsprozesse, Marketing und bereichsübergreifende Prozessoptimierung unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

• Aktive Mitarbeit in zentralen Sales-Operations-Prozessen und Unterstützung des Sales Support Teams
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen wie Vertrieb, Marketing, Bid Management und Contract Management
• Koordination der Leadweitergabe im Konzern
• Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung der Cross Selling Leads
• Pflege und Verwaltung vertriebsrelevanter Daten und Systeme
• Mitwirkung bei Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Potentialanalysen
• Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Vertriebspräsentationen
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie administrativen Vertriebsthemen

Dein Profil

Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personalmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
Interesse an Vertrieb, Sales Operations, Prozessmanagement und digitalen Lösungen
Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
