You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR areas to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group, providing in‑house services and strengthening operational and financial excellence. We are currently looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail‑oriented professional to join our finance organization in the role of Junior Financial Business Analyst.
As a Junior Financial Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making within our global finance function. You will analyze financial data, develop and enhance reports, ensure data quality, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to enable accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and improve financial reports and structured analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives.
· Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, budget preparation, and forecasting cycles.
· Ensure high data quality by establishing and maintaining robust validation and control processes across financial and statistical datasets.
· Create impactful data visualizations using leading BI tools; provide guidance and support to business users on best reporting practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and analyze financial and operational data.
· Act as a liaison between business units, BI teams, and leadership, transforming business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
· Contribute to process optimization and standardization initiatives across the financial reporting landscape.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics, or related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or a related finance role ot analytical function.
· Advanced Excel skills are a must.
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy is considered an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
· Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive and ownership‑driven approach.
· Strong communication capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams.
· Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
