Met 5 Large Hubs in Nederland worden de semi onsite en offsite Large Accounts van Adecco Nederland dagelijks naar volle tevredenheid door enthousiaste en professionele teams beleverd.
Voor onze gecombineerde Large Hub Public en Large Hub West zoeken wij een Regional Client Manager.
Wat ga je doen?- Je hebt ervaring met het opbouwen, aansturen en ontwikkelen van succesvolle teams en bent trots op de commerciële resultaten die je hiermee hebt behaald.
Met jouw persoonlijke en coachende leiderschapsstijl maak je impact op je collega’s, klanten en prospects binnen jouw regio.
Je stuurt twee teams aan (circa 13 fte): Team Public in Zaltbommel (gericht op landelijke overheidsklanten) en Team West in Amsterdam (gericht op Large Accounts in Noord-Holland).
Jij creëert een wendbare, lerende en innovatieve organisatie en zorgt voor een toekomstbestendig team door aandacht voor succession planning.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het operationele en tactische accountmanagement, in nauwe samenwerking met accountmanagers en interne stakeholders.
Je weet klantverwachtingen te overtreffen door KPI-sturing, tijdige klantevaluaties en je affiniteit met zowel white als blue collar omgevingen.
- Een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur per week.
- Een salaris tussen €3698,- en €5874,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.
- Aantrekkelijke secundaire voorwaarden: bonusregeling, pensioenregeling met een lage werknemersbijdrage (3,25%) en 5% ADV toeslag in het eerste jaar. Vanaf het tweede jaar mag je je ADV ook opnemen.
- 25,5 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld.
- Leaseauto, die je ook privé mag rijden.
- Laptop en telefoon.
- Een zelfstandige baan waarin jouw eigen inbreng wordt toegejuicht.
- Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Bedrijfskunde, HRM of Commerciële Economie.
Je beschikt over ervaring in de recruitmentbranche.
Kennis en ervaring binnen het Public segment is een pré.
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare commerciële successen in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie.
Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen.
Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook in een dynamische omgeving.
Je combineert hard werken met een gezonde dosis humor.
