Als National Sales en Account Manager bij Adecco Group Nederland ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het relatie- en prospectmanagement en verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe omzet op zowel tactisch als strategisch niveau. Je richt je op nationale prospects èn klanten binnen onze focussector Overheid en rapporteert direct aan de Manager New Business (salesgedeelte) en de Head of Sales (accountgedeelte).

Wat ga je doen
  • Sales:
      • Acquisitie van nieuwe prospects door het adviseren en vormgeven van klantgerichte oplossingen voor complexe vraagstukken.
      • Continu vullen van je salespipeline en delen van arbeidsmarktkennis met relaties.
  • Accountmanagement:
      • Bewaken en uitbouwen contracten bij bestaande overheidsklanten.
  • Vakmanschap:
      • Volgen van markttrends en ontwikkelingen, en deze vertalen naar strategieën en verkoopmethoden volgens Value Focus Selling.
      • Interpreteren van markt-, bedrijfs- en concurrentie-informatie om kansen in de large markt (klanten met meer dan €2 miljoen uitzendspend per jaar) te signaleren.
  • Offertes opstellen:
      • Bijdragen aan het bidproces door inhoudelijke prospectinformatie en specifieke oplossingen aan te leveren en te monitoren.
      • Samenwerken met Bid Management, Business Control en Legal voor het schrijven van winnende offertes voor nieuwe opdrachtgevers of retained contracten.
  • Netwerken en verbindingen realiseren:
      • Adecco Group Nederland vertegenwoordigen in relevante netwerken binnen je werkgebied om zichtbaarheid en verkooppotentieel te vergroten.
      • Intern een stevig netwerk opbouwen voor optimale samenwerking en cross-selling mogelijkheden binnen verschillende labels. Je bent het interne boegbeeld van de overheid en organiseert elk kwartaal een inhoudelijke meeting voor alle Adecco betrokkenen die met overheid te maken hebben.
  • Managementinformatie:
      • Gebruik van Sales Force voor het opstellen van rapportages over eigen opportunities, activiteiten, winratio en salespipeline.
  • Online zichtbaarheid:
      • Zorgen voor een effectieve online aanwezigheid van het Adecco merk met de focus op de belangen van Adecco Group Nederland.
Over jou
  • Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding of relevante werkervaring in direct sales.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring, waarvan 5 jaar met aantoonbare commerciële successen in een soortgelijke buitendienstfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen de HR Solutions markt.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring op boardroom-niveau.
  • Uitstekende presentatietechnieken.
  • Vloeiend in de Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
