Wat ga je doenAls HR Flex medewerker, Domein C&O (Contracts & Onboarding) & Offboarding, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve werkzaamheden voor de vestigingen van Adecco in Nederland. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit
- de voorbereiding van de loonadministratie
- urenverwerking in systemen
- doorvoeren mutaties en oplossen van issues
- facturatie
- administratief en telefonisch offboarden van flexmedewerkers
- vraagbaak voor vestigingen/ flexmedewerkers/ opdrachtgevers betreffende salarisuitbetalingen, digitale tool urenregistratie, facturatie etc.
- debiteurenbeheer
Jij bent gewend om met veel verschillende mensen samen te werken en hebt daar veel plezier in. Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit los jij problemen op creatieve wijze op.
Over jou- MBO of HBO werk en denkniveau, met een aanpak attitude, en wil om te leren en groeien in team verband.
- Ervaring in het HR-vak is mooi meegenomen, maar nóg belangrijker vinden we je passie en ambitie. Wij zijn benieuwd naar waar jouw kracht ligt!;
- Een werkweek van 32 of 40 uur per week;
- Een gestructureerde manier van werken;
- Goede en duidelijke communicatieve vaardigheden en de wil om samen met je team mooie resultaten te behalen.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, kunt kritisch kijken naar processen en je vindt het leuk om mensen te helpen. Je krijgt hierin alle vrijheid om ervoor te zorgen dat jij het beste uit jezelf én je omgeving kunt halen!
- Een salaris tussen €2.897 en €3.236 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week en afhankelijk van je ervaring)
- Bij voorkeur werk je 36 tot 40 uren per week, 32 uur is bespreekbaar;
- Op termijn mogelijkheid om thuis te werken (in overleg);
- 13 ADV dagen, die in het eerste jaar maandelijks uitbetaald worden;
- vakantietoeslag;
- incentive regeling, gebaseerd op jouw resultaten;
- winstdelingsregeling;
- netto vaste kostenvergoeding van € 34,- per maand
- reiskostenvergoeding;
- 25,5 vakantiedagen;
- goede pensioenregeling.
