Aktualnie szukamy do naszego zespołu energicznej, proaktywnej i zmotywowanej osoby na stanowisko Junior Talent Sourcer, która dopiero rozpoczyna swoją karierę w rekrutacji lub ma już pierwsze doświadczenia i chciałaby w przyszłości rozwijać się w kierunku roli Rekrutera/Rekruterki.
Praca koncentruje się na wyszukiwaniu kandydatów w naszej wewnętrznej bazie, prowadzeniu outreachu (głównie telefonicznego) oraz wspieraniu Rekruterów na wczesnych etapach procesu.
Typowy dzień obejmuje przegląd profili kandydatów, wykonywanie częstych telefonów do kandydatów, prowadzenie krótkich rozmów kwalifikujących oraz ustalanie priorytetów z zespołem rekrutacji.
Nasze wymagania:
- Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz pewność siebie w prowadzeniu częstych rozmów telefonicznych
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie C1 oraz języka szwedzkiego na poziomie C1 (w mowie i piśmie)
- Pierwsze doświadczenie w sourcingu, rekrutacji, sprzedaży, obsłudze klienta lub innych rolach wymagających kontaktu z klientem będzie dodatkowym atutem
- Motywacja do nauki i rozwoju w obszarze Talent Acquisition
- Dobre umiejętności organizacyjne oraz zdolność do zarządzania wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie
- Proaktywne, pozytywne i nastawione na współpracę podejście

Zakres odpowiedzialności:
- Wyszukiwanie i identyfikowanie kandydatów wyłącznie z wewnętrznej bazy danych (na stanowiska blue i white collars)
- Prowadzenie wstępnego kontaktu z kandydatami, z dużym naciskiem na komunikację telefoniczną
- Przeprowadzanie preselekcji w celu oceny dopasowania kandydatów do wymagań roli
- Bliska współpraca z Rekruterami i Hiring Managerami, aby dobrze zrozumieć priorytety rekrutacyjne oraz profil idealnego kandydata
- Utrzymywanie dokładnych i aktualnych danych w systemie ATS
- Wsparcie w podstawowych działaniach researchowych oraz prostych działaniach z zakresu talent mappingu
