Le Groupe Adecco recrute un Responsable de Service Comptabilité Générale pour ses entités LHH et Akkodis. Rattaché aux Responsables Comptables de ces deux entités en France, vous vous assurez que l’ensemble des informations relatives aux mouvements financiers sont enregistrés en comptabilité, traités et analysés dans le respect des obligations légales, des procédures internes et du calendrier de clôture.

Vous animez et encadrez deux équipes comptables basées à Paris et Lyon, coordonnez le processus de clôture comptable avec les autres services, et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs et contrôleurs financiers du Groupe en France.

Comptabilité :

· Garantir la bonne application des règles comptables statuaires, Groupe, analytiques, fiscales et règlementaires

· Coordonner l’enregistrement et le contrôle des données comptables de toutes les entités

· Animer et revoir les pointages et les justifications de comptes

· Coordonner les revues analytiques du compte de résultat et du bilan des entités

· Partager avec la direction financière de la GBU

· Assurer les relations comptables avec les contrôleurs financiers des entités, les autres départements, les tiers et répondre à leurs demandes

· Former et informer les contrôleurs financiers BU des règles applicables et de leurs évolutions

· Préparer, diffuser et respecter les calendriers de clôture comptable local et Groupe

· Préparer les comptes statutaires et autres documents de synthèse exigibles légalement

· Assurer la veille règlementaire dans les domaines comptables et/ou financiers et/ou fiscaux

· Contribuer aux projets de transformation de la Direction Comptable et du Groupe

Management :

· Assurer les échanges au sein de l'équipe, animer, fédérer et motiver ses collaborateurs Assurer le management fonctionnel des comptables du centre de services partagés en Bulgarie

· Convenir d'objectifs avec les collaborateurs et déléguer des responsabilités

· Evaluer et développer les compétences de ses collaborateurs Recruter et intégrer ses collaborateurs

Reporting : Analyser les indicateurs de performance et de pilotage de l'activité

Veille : S'informer des évolutions impactant son activité

Doté d'une expérience de 10 ans minimum dont 3 ans minimum sur des fonctions de management dans un grand Groupe ou dans un environnement complexe et exigeant, vous êtes reconnu pour votre communication, votre agilité, votre esprit collaboratif, votre capacité à trouver et proposer des solutions, ainsi que pour vos qualités de leadership.

· Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion et de comptabilité

· Connaissances des procédures internes

· Anglais professionnel
