Apply for Role- Sie sind für die Vermittlung von Fach- und Führungskräften im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen verantwortlich
- Sie identifizieren potenzielle Firmen mittels einer gezielten Marktanalyse
- Bei der aktiven Ansprache der Firmen stellen Sie Ihr Dienstleistungsportfolio vor und ermitteln entsprechende Ansprechpartner:innen in den Unternehmen
- Ihre Ansprechpartner:innen beraten Sie hinsichtlich der Personalplanung und der Besetzung der offenen Vakanzen und überzeugen diese schlussendlich von einer Zusammenarbeit
- Gemeinsam mit dem Recruiting Team identifizieren Sie die passenden Kandidat:innen für die offenen Vakanzen
- Sie zeigen Kandidat:innen neue Karrierewege auf und stehen diesen während des Bewerbungsprozess bei Ihren Firmenkunden jederzeit zur Seite
- Die Prozesssteuerung vom Bewerbungsgespräch bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss liegt in Ihren Händen
- Nachhaltig betreuen Sie Ihr Kundennetzwerk, bauen dadurch die Kundenbeziehung weiter aus und eruieren Chancen für neue Geschäftsbereiche
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Ihr Vertriebstalent konnten Sie bereits innerhalb der Personaldienstleistung oder in einer anderen Branche unter Beweis stellen
- Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Unternehmen und setzen Ihr Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick passend ein
- Sie überzeugen durch ein souveränes und eloquentes Auftreten und gewinnen hierdurch schnell das Vertrauen der Firmenkunden
- Eine eigenständige, strukturierte und priorisierende Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus, wodurch Sie stetig den Überblick über Ihre aktuellen Prozesse behalten
- Teamfähigkeit wird bei Ihnen großgeschrieben. Gemeinsam mit unseren Recruiting Team finden Sie die passenden Talente für Ihre Firmenkunden
- Eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis (PKW, Klasse B) liegt Ihnen vor, damit Sie unsere Firmenkunden persönlich besuchen können
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
