In the Nordics we have several group functions, such as internal HR, Marketing and Communications, Finance and IT - all of the back-office functions which support our brands and business units with their day-to-day work. You do not need to have a background in HR to work in these functions, you just need to be interested in doing what you do best within the HR industry. Furthermore, we also have opportunities where you work in a global role but you are based out of one of the Nordic offices.
