Diversity and Inclusion helps organisations recognise and unlock talent. It’s one of the greatest drivers of our business. We envision a world in which talent matters, not labels, and where everyone has a chance to be part of the world of work. That’s why we are proud to share our Diversity and inclusion pillars and highlights from our agenda:
Female talent programme
An 18-month programme for female leaders aimed to accelerate their careers to the next level through Executive Committee-level mentorship and access to virtual coaching tools.
Paradigm for Parity
A business coalition focused on eliminating the gender gap in corporate leadership. We have agreed to achieve gender parity in leadership levels by 2030. Currently, 66% of our total employees are female, while female representation at the Board of Directors level is 43%.
Global inclusion training series
A tailored inclusion training series for leaders, managers and colleagues across the globe to support our people in leading and engaging in discussions on topics of diversity and inclusion.
D&I Calendar
Our D&I calendar celebrates key dates, awareness raising days, holidays and events that reflect the diverse population of our colleagues and clients, including Black History Month, IWD, National Persons of Disability, Pride, and holy days.
Internal social forum
This platform provides a safe and open space for colleagues to engage in a dialogue around the topic of diversity and inclusion, ask questions, listen, learn and share experiences.
