オンサイトのRPOプログラムメンバーの一員として、Direct Sourcingにかかわる業務（例：候補者マッピング、出稿手配、イベント準備、媒体でのスカウトメール配信、候補者とのやり取り、候補者スクリーニング）に従事いただく職務です

顧客は業界でもTop10に入るクライアントがメインとなっており各案件のスケールも大きく、採用戦略など上流からクライアントに入り込んだご提案ができることが特徴となっております。
業界は、製造(自動車、半導体)、IT、金融、製薬・エネルギー業界がメインとなり幅広い業界・業種の採用に携わることが可能です。

■RPO・MSPとは？
RPO（Recruitment Process Outsourcing）とは、RPOとは、正社員や契約社員の採用業務の一部または全部を外部の人事パートナーへ委託することです。
HR専門チームである私たちは、特に採用の分野におけるすべての人事業務をお受けいたします。期間限定のプロジェクトベースの採用から通年での採用など、お客様のニーズにそったサービス提供をいたします。

MSP：(Managed Service Provisioning)とは、MSPとは、外部人材の採用・管理全般を意味します。
外部人材は、派遣社員、請負社員、プロジェクトスタッフやコンサルタントなどその他契約形態を含みますがMSPは、そのような人材の採用、配置、契約管理を束ねています。

・コミュニケーション能力 (候補者に対し積極的にアプローチし、また傾聴の姿勢があること）
・目標達成思考（ソーシング目標に対してあきらめず達成する方法を様々にトライする意欲があること）
・知的好奇心（ソーシングを行うために、業界や職種について知見を貪欲に深める意欲があること）
※英語力不問
※将来採用業務の中核を担うRecruiterを目指す方、歓迎です。

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $15.50- $18.65.  Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon’s incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility. 

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and reimbursement and retirement programs.  Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave, and holiday pay.
