As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will shape and lead our Talent Acquisition organisation in Belgium. You will build on our existing foundations to develop a strong, scalable and future-oriented recruitment approach that enables us to deliver the right talent to our clients – today and tomorrow.

You combine strategic vision with strong delivery capabilities. You understand market dynamics, know what talent our clients need and translate these insights into a high-performing, agile recruitment organisation that is ready to grow.

You will set the direction for Talent Acquisition and ensure that strategy translates into tangible results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy for Akkodis Belgium, aligned with our business ambitions and our clients’ talent needs.
• Providing direction to the TA organisation, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and performance.
• Further strengthening efficient and high-performing end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Ensuring our recruiters have the right tools, processes, expertise and insights to succeed.
• Working closely with our Practices and Staffing teams to understand recruitment needs for client delivery and translate them into concrete talent solutions.
• Using data, KPIs and market insights to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promoting continuous improvement, digitalisation and innovation within Talent Acquisition.
• Developing our talent pipelines and ensuring we can proactively respond to changing client needs and labour market trends.
• Strengthening our position as a talent partner and contributing to an excellent candidate and client experience.
• Monitoring trends in recruitment, technology and the labour market and translating them into concrete actions.

A clear scope

Within Akkodis, Talent Acquisition and Staffing each have a distinct and complementary role.

Staffing is responsible for recruiting talent within the group. Talent Acquisition focuses exclusively on attracting and engaging talent to support our external client delivery.

Your scope therefore covers the external talent and recruitment needs of our business and clients. You will build and develop the TA organisation that ensures Akkodis has the right talent to meet these needs, both today and in the future.

You will work closely with our Practices and Staffing teams, each contributing their own expertise. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will act as a key strategic partner to our business leaders, ensuring that Talent Acquisition makes a structural contribution to Akkodis’ growth and ambitions.

You combine strategic insight with a strong understanding of people and business. You know where Talent Acquisition can make a difference today, while looking ahead to what the organisation and talent market will need tomorrow.

You:

• Have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or a similar environment, with sufficient experience to set direction at a strategic level.
• Have experience in leading, coaching and developing Team Leads, empowering them in their roles as people managers and performance leaders.
• Think strategically and know how to translate your vision into a clear approach and tangible results.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and can navigate effectively between HR, business and leadership.
• Are comfortable working with data, KPIs and performance management, using insights to guide decision-making.
• Know how to structure organisations and processes while creating room for improvement and innovation.
• Communicate clearly, confidently and collaboratively, bringing different stakeholders on board with change.
• Take ownership, have the confidence to set direction and position Talent Acquisition as a fully-fledged strategic business partner.
• Have a keen interest in the evolution of talent, technology and the labour market.
• Are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
