About the role

Adecco Group ITD has established a new 3-year ITD Strategy and requires solid processes, operational excellence and delivery excellence to ensure the execution of the ITD strategy to build the foundation while innovating for the future. The ITD Head of Continuous Improvement & Change will play a pivotal role to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence, contributing to the successful ITD Strategy execution. The right candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing & managing the required transformational support measures, metrics and tools,  including a change management centre of excellence & fostering a continuous improvement mindset and practice. Other duties will include driving a better user experience with internal and external clients, candidates and users, supporting the change acceleration process with the ITD and Business organizations to ensure successful delivery & adoptions along the transformation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Define the CoE Framework, including scope, tools, success metrics, develop roadmap for embedding change and CI principles organization-wide
  • Drive operational excellence, lead initiatives to optimize processes, eliminate waste and duplications and improve efficiency and quality. Identify and execute opportunities for operational optimization
  • Conduct process assessment to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, analyze data to ensure sustainable benefits together with respective ITD owners
  • Conduct financial analysis of internal & external run and chance costs and define plans for optimization & rationalization, finalized at productivities and efficiencies, together with Finance partners and stakeholders
  • Measure and analyze user experience through the transformation journey, implement tools and methods to drive excellent user experience and adoption of change
  • Design and implement and standardized change management framework, lead major transformation, ensuring adoption and impact; establish and track KPI’s for change adoption, readiness and outcomes
  • Establish governance structures for change and CI initiatives, facilitate cross-departmental Workshops to align efforts, maintain regular communications with Stakeholders
  • Develop training concept and deliver sessions on change and CI methodology, build a repository of knowledge including templates tools and case studies, mentor and coach leaders on best practices in daily operations
  • Select and implement software on chance management and process improvement, monitor key metrics and generate dashboards for leadership, integrate feedback and learnings into ongoing improvement cycles
About you
  • At least 10 cumulative years of experience within Process, Change management, Performance, Business services and Business & IT transformation
  • Master best practices in Change management & Process improvement
  • Experience as Business leader and able to grasp business priorities and strategies
  • Experience with Transformational business and IT Programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including executive management
  • Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines
  • Experience successfully working with distributed teams
  • Ideally Master’s degree with focus on Engineering, Business Management and or IT
  • Proficient Level of English. Knowledge of any additional language is a plus

Please note the role will require occasional travel: up to 20%
