The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team in delivering high-quality results and achieving department objectives. This role will involve coordinating team efforts, managing workflow, fostering collaboration and guiding a team to achieve specific goals and objectives.  

The ideal candidate is someone who displays effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations, productivity, and team morale. The Team Leader will serve as the key point of contact between management and team members. 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve individual and collective goals (with support from your manager, senior/TL)  
•    Assign tasks, set performance targets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality output.  
•    Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.  
•    Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.  
•    Recognize and address performance issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.  
•    Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.  
•    Improve processes and procedures  
•    Ensure team members are informed about their responsibilities, deadlines, and performance expectations.  
•    Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on team progress and challenges.   
•    Make informed decisions and provide guidance to team members in problem-solving situations.  
•    Analyze data and provide insights for improving team efficiency and productivity. 

Qualifications and Experience: 
•    Ability to motivate others  
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
•    Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.  
•    Time management and organizational skills.  
•    Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.  
•    Intermediate computer skills (MS excel, MS forms, MS word etc.) and able to pick up new systems easily  
•    Strong decision-making skills with the ability to take initiative.  
•    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and projects.  
•    Ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, staff, leaders  
•    Proactive and engaging  
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    Previous leadership skills advantage but not essential  
•    Strong background in planning and prioritizing workload for yourself and others advantage  
•    Proven experience in motivating and coaching others advantage
