About the role
The Adecco Group is looking for a highly organized and proactive CEO Office Admin Support (60%) to join our dynamic organisation.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, professional coordination of executive activities, and reliable assistance across a variety of business‑critical tasks. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international corporate environment.
What you’ll be doing
  • Expense Management: managing the CEO’s and Chief of Staff’s expenses, including tracking expenses, processing expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Meeting Coordination: Support in Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics such as catering and audiovisual equipment
  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate Corporate Calendar
  • Travel Arrangements: Support in arranging travel for CEO and Chief of Staff including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation and getting Visa’s
  • Assisting in Projects: maintain TAG Admin Network, process improvement, and system implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating with vendors and service providers, including setting up contracts, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payment
  • Miscellaneous Tasks Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by CEO Office or Leadership team members
About you
  • 2 years’ experience in assisting on corporate environment and working with C-Levels
  • Very high level of integrity and confidentiality as working with highly confidential data and projects
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Service oriented and hands-on mentality (not just as per job description)
  • In office requirement during executive meetings, else flexibility working from home
  • Resilient, calm, and self-confident
  • Positive attitude
