Your responsibilities will include:
As our RPO Team Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of delivery — creating energy, driving performance and ensuring recruitment runs at its absolute best. You will:
•    Lead and develop a team of talented Recruitment/Onsite Consultants
•    Shape recruitment strategies that boost fill rates and speed of delivery
•    Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners
•    Ensure delivery of quality, consistency and candidate experience
•    Drive improvements that simplify processes and elevate service
•    Influence commercial outcomes through productivity and smart decision-making
