As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with DFR's business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Architecture, you will develop solutions that help achieve ADF Careers' strategic goals, improve processes, and optimize business operations. Your work will support Adecco DFR and related systems, and you'll need deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies to propose strategic solutions for future workforce needs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to create scalable, secure, and efficient architectures. To succeed, you'll need a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.

You will:

Architecture Design & Development:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise architecture.
• Develop high-level and detailed design documents, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Work with project managers and developers for successful solution delivery and present strategies to senior management.

Technology Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance to development teams and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
• Align solutions with the organization's technology roadmap and standards.

Governance & Compliance:

• Participate in architectural governance processes and ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Documentation & Communication:

• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support as needed.

Your background will demonstrate:

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.

• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical architect, with significant experience in federal government, preferably defence or similar, on large scale solutions.
• 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and Customer Insights (Marketing), and Azure Integration Services (APIM, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
• Demonstrated experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and Cloud Platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of network and infrastructure configurations.
• Understanding of ISM controls and operating within an Official Sensitive environment.
• Experience with service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Functional Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, and/or other relevant Dynamics 365 and Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is preferred.
• Certification in ITIL4 is highly regarded.
• TOGAF certification is highly regarded.
