Power Platform Service Owner

About the role

As the Technical Service Owner, you'll be the driving force behind the end-to-end delivery of our services, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed expectations. You'll oversee strategy, portfolio management, and service governance, shaping the roadmap and prioritizing initiatives to enhance service value and maturity.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide support in the Directory Services operations team.
  • Clearly define the value proposition of our services, outlining their primary use cases and the specific business benefits they offer.
  • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Drive service maturity by establishing metrics for success and continuously improving our offerings.
  • Manage total capacity and optimize features to enhance service resilience and performance.
  • Develop phased deployment roadmaps spanning 1-3 years, ensuring a clear vision for service evolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date service catalogs and manage assets efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Lead interactions with external partners and service providers, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  • Utilize expertise in Microsoft Technologies, particularly the Power Platform, to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Oversee platform capacity management, drive automation initiatives, and anticipate future needs to stay ahead of the curve.

About you
  • Possess a professional understanding of Power Platform and related technologies (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, o365), with very good knowledge in Microsoft administration, M365 Security admin, and Azure Cloud.
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player, thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Able to work autonomously and effectively manage pressure and crisis situations.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in Power Platform administration and a significant IT background.
  • Proven track record in managing outsourcing contracts, KPIs, and SLAs with suppliers.
  • University degree preferably in a technical subject or equivalent education/experience.
  • ITIL 3 or 4 certification and Office 365/Azure/PowerPlatform certifications are advantageous.
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential.
  • Additional language skills, especially in French, are advantageous.
