Adecco Training accompagne ses clients dans leurs besoins en formation en s'appuyant sur les forces du Groupe Adecco.

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Formation Compétences HF basé à METZ (57)

Des déplacements réguliers sont à prévoir sur la Lorraine.

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

Développer la professionnalisation sur les BUs de votre périmètre

Accompagner le réseau et être garant par vos actions, du bon déploiement de la stratégie d’Adecco Training

Développer de manière autonome (et en synergie avec les agences ADECCO de votre région) la vente des offres de formation auprès des entreprises. Le poste est basé idéalement à Metz (ou Strasbourg/Nancy) et votre périmètre d’action comprend les départements 67 – 68 – 54 – 88. ( sites Adecco On site sur l’ensemble de la Lorraine )

Déterminer le dispositif de formation le plus adapté.

Bâtir les meilleures solutions de formation : optimiser les dispositifs et obtenir les financements externes.

Déployer conjointement l’offre d’Adecco France et d’Adecco Training, principalement sur ses lignes métiers prioritaires et à travers les dispositifs en alternance.

Proposer une prestation différenciante et valorisée auprès des entreprises en leur apportant un conseil élargi sur la formation des intérimaires et des permanents.
Développer des partenariats et entretenir des relations avec vos interlocuteurs externes (prestataires de formation, OPCO,…).

Garantir la fiabilité administrative et financière des opérations et des dossiers. Veiller à la rentabilité des projets en accord avec les objectifs budgétaires.

Rémunération : fixe selon profil + variable de 20%

Vos moyens professionnels : Ordinateur portable, smartphone, véhicule de fonction 5 places et carte essence

De niveau BAC + 5 de type M2 en Ingénierie de la Formation, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans environ sur une activité similaire, et êtes reconnu pour vos compétences commerciales et de conseil.

Vous bénéficiez donc d’une bonne connaissance du contexte de la formation, des dispositifs de financement, et des besoins en formation. Si vous connaissez l’intérim, c’est un plus. Doté d’une grande aisance relationnelle, vous savez faire preuve d’organisation et d’autonomie. La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus.
