Assistant de Développement RH et Formations en stage H/F

Rattaché.e au Responsable de l’Expérience Apprenants au sein de l’Université du Groupe et en collaboration avec toute l’équipe du Développement RH, tu contribueras activement aux projets de Formation et Développement des compétences et notamment de la Culture Managériale du groupe en France.

En tant qu’assistant.e de Développement RH et Formations, tes missions seront passionnantes :

· Contribution à l’animation et au développement de notre programme Culture Managériale : programme de formation dédié aux managers du groupe.

· Participation à la création et mise en place de parcours/modules de formation de l’Université du groupe :  service de formation interne à destination des salariés.

· Accompagnement et animations des experts et formateurs internes 

· Participation aux déploiement des parcours de développement des programmes Talents du groupe : en lien avec les écoles partenaires, tu animeras la communauté des promotions Alpha Vega Alto et veillez au bon déroulement des parcours.

· Pilotage de la communication des sujets de Formation et Développement : tu contribueras à rendre accessible et visible à l’ensemble des collaborateurs, les actions de développement, par la mise à jour de l’intranet groupe et des catalogues de formation.

· Gestion des coachings de manager : tu accompagneras nos interlocuteurs RH opérationnels, sur la mise en place de coaching. Tu assureras le suivi administratif et contribueras à l’identification des coachs référencés pour le groupe.

· Mesure de la satisfaction : tu analyseras les résultats de la satisfaction apprenants, formateurs et managers. Tu produiras les présentations bilan des résultats auprès de la direction.


Tu as réalisé un premier stage en entreprise RH ou gestion de projet.

Tu es force de proposition et tu sais prendre des initiatives. Créatif.ve et toujours au courant des nouvelles tendances, tu as un bon sens de l’organisation et de la flexibilité car les missions seront diversifiées et nombreuses.

Tu as une vraie aisance relationnelle pour communiquer avec de multiples

interlocuteurs et as de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et un sens « visuel » développé
