GESTIONNAIRE REGLEMENTAIRE CLIENTS H/F

Au sein de la Direction Business Services/Middle Office, nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Réglementaire Clients (H/F).

Votre rôle consiste à garantir la qualité et l’exhaustivité des réglementaires de nos clients, en veillant particulièrement à maintenir dans nos systèmes les tarifs et horaires en vue de réaliser des paies et des factures de qualité.

A ce titre, vous récoltez auprès des clients toutes les informations essentielles à la bonne application des éléments tels que les conventions collectives, grilles de salaires, accords d’entreprises, NAO, présentations de factures, etc.

En lien avec le client, vous contribuez à accroître l’efficacité de ses relevés d’heures (fréquence, automatisation). Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Adecco Business Services, E-Solutions, pilotes de grands comptes ainsi qu'avec les services IT. 

Vos principales missions :

Etude des clients / En phase de négociation :

•Analyser les complexités du client, ses métiers, le volume
•Echanger avec le pilote du marché (si grand compte) et les interlocuteurs clients
•Renseigner la fiche d’analyse du client (pour ceux déjà connus)
•Valoriser les atouts et importance de la dématérialisation, des relevés d’heures et des factures auprès du client
•Cadrer avec le client le process de récupération des éléments de gestion

Etude des clients / Au quotidien :

•Créer et/ou modifier les rubriques centralisées dans les outils, suivre et maintenir les évolutions réglementaires dans les outils
•Créer et/ou modifier les tarifs-horaires centralisés
•Piloter la communication des changements en interne
•Piloter la communication avec le service paie du client
•Être en alerte sur les évolutions des accords clients dans nos outils internes (ex: :Goëland)
•Contrôler et suivre l’utilisation des tarifs-horaires
•Produire des indicateurs de suivi de qualité

Maîtrise d’outils : 


•S'approprier et maîtriser les outils internes
•Être en veille et maîtriser le fonctionnement des outils Clients.
Communication / Information
•Favoriser les échanges en interne avec les pilotes de marchés et les équipes Business Services / en externe avec les clients
•Alerter en cas de dysfonctionnements récurrents et/ou injustifiés et proposer des solutions


Niveau d’études : Bac +2 

Compétences métier

Maîtrise des outils Middle Office : Déclic et principalement les tarifs (PAAM, les barèmes…)
Maîtrise des outils internes (ex : Goéland)
Maîtrise Excel avancé

Compétences comportementales

Capacité d’écoute et bon relationnel, force de proposition sur les process et la résolution des sujets.

Sens du service et de la diplomatie impératives.
