CHARGE DE MISSION CDI INTERIMAIRES H/F

Un chargé-e  de mission CDI I assure un rôle d’expert et accompagne les 1 400 bureaux et agences sur le dispositif CDI intérimaire, et son déploiement auprès des clients et intérimaires / candidats.

En véritable Business Partner RH, il intervient dans toutes les étapes de recrutement et participe intégralement au développement et à la valorisation des compétences des collaborateurs en CDI Intérimaire.

Le poste se situe au siège du groupe à Villeurbanne (Rhône), au sein d’une équipe de 12 collaborateurs, dont les missions s’articulent autour de 3 axes :

·         L’administration du personnel :


- Accompagner le montage des dossiers de recrutements en CDII.


- Analyser et arbitrer les  dossiers en vérifiant l’intégralité des pièces associées justifiant des compétences.


- Formaliser et transmettre à nos agences les contrats CDI I, accompagnés des dossiers de « bienvenue ».


- Assurer le  suivi des contrats de travail et la rédaction des avenants.

- Mettre en œuvre le changement d’affectation  entre agences en cas de déménagement
- Vérifier les pièces associées à la rupture (démissions, licenciement, fin de période d'essai…) et clôturer administrativement le contrat CDII pour sécuriser la remise des documents de sortie.

·         La gestion des AIDES à l’embauche :


- Centraliser la gestion et le dépôt des dossiers auprès de France TRAVAIL

- effectuer l'actualisation mensuelles des dossiers


- Enregistrer les virements reçus en lien avec le service comptable.


- Assurer un pilotage rigoureux mensuel

·         La professionnalisation et l’appui aux agences :  

En tant que fonction support, nous assurons

- la prise en charge des questions et appels agences relatifs au  cycle de vie du dossier et sur la bonne utilisation des outils internes Front Office, et Middle Office

- le traitement des questions juridiques CDII de niveau 1 ainsi que les questions fonctionnelles relatives au CDI I
- l’animation de calls hebdomadaires à destination des nouveaux collaborateurs agence pour les former au dispositif du CDII, aux  bonnes pratiques internes visant à fidéliser les CDII.


Vous disposez de solides connaissances RH, et droit social – Une première expérience RH et plus particulièrement Administration du Personnel est requis.

Rigoureux, organisé et avec une forte orientation « sens du servie » vous aimez travailler en équipe et faite preuve d’une totale polyvalence.
