Business Development Manager (Hybrid; Jacksonville, FL)

About the role

The successful candidate will strategize with internal counterparts to fulfill client staffing needs while promoting comprehensive, smart solutions to the tech and engineering verticals.

Turning Disruption into Direction and Evolution into Advantage

 This is a hybrid role with a mix of work-from-home and in-office and/or on-site client visits. Candidates must be able to commute to the Jacksonville, FL office and client sites within the market as well as the potential for scheduled team meetings, trainings, or office events.

What you’ll be doing
  • Reaching out to new and existing clients to build strong, long-term business relationships
  • Fostering existing client relations and cultivating new business relationships through a variety of techniques and platforms
  • Seeking, developing and implementing creative strategies to meet and exceed client needs
  • Collaborating with both internal and external teams to achieve shared goals
  • Increasing Akkodis’ market share in the region or client portfolio
  • Educating the client on other Adecco brands, service lines and cross-selling solutions
  • Demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and maintaining positive professional relationships
  • Constantly learning current emerging technology to effectively advise clients and recruitment delivery teams
  • Embracing emerging technology and constantly pursuing ongoing professional development
About you

We want to set you up for success! To help us do that, here is what we are looking for from you:

  • At minimum, 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, specifically selling IT and/or Technical Staffing and Consulting services
  • A willingness to travel locally for in-person customer meetings
  • The ability to maintain reliable transportation
  • A demonstrated history of professional relationship building
  • A sense of hustle, desire for career growth and an eagerness to learn
  • The analytical ability to determine client needs and deliver innovative solutions
  • A collaborative spirit with an intrinsic motivation to succeed
  • An attitude of perseverance, courage and possessing leadership qualities
