About the role

SUMMARY:

The HR Business Excellence Partner is responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive operational efficiency, employee engagement, and overall business success within the Adecco Group Global HR Operations Shared Service Centers in North America, Bulgaria and India. This position will use specialized expertise in implementing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and providing strategic guidance to enhance HR service delivery.

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic HR Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational goals and align HR strategies to support achievement. Drive the development and implementation of HR programs that contribute to business excellence.

Process Optimization:  Evaluate and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.

Change Management: Lead change initiatives within HR and across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and employee acceptance. Provide guidance to management and employees on change management best practices.

Performance Metrics: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Continuously monitor and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.

Employee Engagement: Partner with HR teams to design and execute programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.

Collaborate with learning and development teams to design and deliver targeted training programs.

Compliance and Risk Management: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and mitigate legal risks.

Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the HR function. Implement technology solutions to enhance HR processes and improve user experience.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent HR experience required.
  • 5 years of proven experience in a HR operations or HR shared services, with a focus on business excellence, process optimization, Proven experience in change management and driving organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SHRM, HRCI or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
